4.4 km Loop • 1 hour 20 minutes • Easy • Feed the cute donkeys then walk down to Algies Bay to complete the loop back to the carpark.
Walk an easy 30 minute loop through kahikatea and nikau palm forest at White Pine Bush, with native birdsong, a creekside picnic table and wheelchair access.
Sweeping ridge views over Lake Tutira, native birds and a farmland loop back to the lake edge. Check current DOC and HBRC track closures before heading out.
